Providing comprehensive preventative and general dentistry individually designed for each adult and child with developmental disabilities from 18 counties in Northern Illinois.

Individuals of any age with developmental disabilities are eligible for services, with priority given to individuals in licensed facilities or programs. ONLY individuals with developmental disabilities will be eligible to become patients.
Milestone Dental Clinic accepts Illinois Public Aid and private dental insurance. A sliding fee scale is also offered for those not covered by Public Aid and who do not qualify for other assistance.
